EYC PLANNING '13

The start in February was one good one! We had the EYC Planning here in Vienna and besides feeling honoured being part of the Service Team, I am also very excited for the Congress itself. From what I can tell, it is going to be quite different yet familiar this year and I cannot wait for you guys to be part of it. During the Planning I also got to spend some time with ze Bubi which was a lot of fun. Especially when no-one understood our sense of humour - oh well, weird couple. Even though the Planning was stressful enough, I had to pull all-nighters during that weekend to be able to finish my semester paper. It all paid off since I've got a good grade on it. The weekend was very intense and very productive, but with all the hard work we also shared a lot of laughs. I am glad to be part of a team that is determined to make this event a great one. Each person inspired me in so many ways which makes me so proud to know them. We the foundation, we a family :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

I actually cannot believe that I haven't posted this yet, but due to a lot of stuff going at the moment it must have slipped my mind! I hope you all had a great Christmas, a great New Year's Eve and of course great holidays inbetween.
As you can see, I totally think it is necessary for me to say it once again: My new year's resolution is definitely trying to update my blog regularly. With that said, I hope you like my new layout and 'logo'.

But now to these two lovely people:
Over the past years I was lucky enough to have gotten to know a lot of talented people. Which brings me to these two talented dancers. They inspire me in so many ways and I am glad that they make the best out of their talent. This piece is very creative and fresh and I am glad that I can share it with you. Enjoy!

LAZYBUM BYE BYE!

I've been way too lazy on my posting nowadays and I apologize. Sometimes I just don't have anything post-worthy to write but I hope it's going to change now! Today is my first day back in University and I am very stoked. It's my first class in Principles of International Law and I am quite excited about that. First and foremost because it's held in English and I just miss my lessons in English and secondly because I am curious what stuff I am able to learn.

BROTHER/SISTERHOOD WEEKEND 17.03.-18.03.

As you can see, I am quite an active member in my community and it has grown into a very important part in my life. It is not only a little get away whenever things add up but it also a place where I can hang out with my friends as well as learning more about Jesus. Last weekend's activity was a purely great one. All the girls got to have quality time together as well as learning so much more about the roles of a woman and the way to live as a catholic woman. It was very educative and emotional but it was a lot of fun as well. 

This activity gave us a chance to act like sisters towards another, since we are God's children and it also gave us the opportunity to grow with one another, to open up to one another and of course learn from one another. It just feels good when you know that you can always turn to someone because at the end of the day, we do fight the same battles. I am proud of all the sisters and I am so glad, that I could share this lovely event with them.

DIMANCHE D'EXPRESSION

God blessed YFL with six new members in the New Year!
I have again learnt so much during this Special Camp and I am proud to say that I love serving H I M. These people are such an inspiration and I can also say that this Camp has been such a great and different experience. We had many laughs and also many inspiring and emotional moments. I'm proud of the Service Team and their committment albeit the short notice and a bit of stress around. But hey, what do they say "too blessed to be stressed!"
I am so happy that God called out these seven young people to be his followers! It is just great when the people you grew up with can share their love and their belief with you!

Welcome again, YFL-Babies! Just a week ago all the fun started! I hope that the two days of Camp are a lifetime memory for you guys :)

YFL&SFL Christmas Party 26.12.11

After celebrating with the fambam on the 24, there just had to be another celebration with my second beloved fambam. It was a great party and we had great bonding time, especially during the dance offs to 'Just Dance 3'. It was great that a lot of people showed up - old and new faces. I am glad to be part of this whole community and I can't wait what God has in store for us. Big ups to my very talented #brothafromanothamotha Randy Lu for taking pictures during the party.

THE BIRTHDAY!

 Geez, 19 years old and totally exhausted I lying on the couch :) however I had a really, really nice day. Last night I was very much entertained by my loved ones since the counted down the hours with me. Today at school I had to write a little revision first thing but it was alright... pretty chilled. Talked to my neighbour now and then and compared xD That's what you do if you have a laid back teacher! My class was so sweet. One of my classmates baked me a really good cake. Thanks Kati again, super delish cake ;) School wasn't all that much of a drag. I got away before it got too boring. After school I went to church and thanked God for all my blessings! I'm so grateful for everything he has given me and I appreciate every ups and every downs. Right after church I met up with my wonderful and bestest loser =] My girl looking hawt today! I was glad that the weather wasn't that bad today. It was sunny but then again also really windy but it was fine. My bestest took me out for lunch at that awesome restaurant 'Freiraum'. Thanks again, Sio, for the treat! You're the best! The food was yum, ofc. After chilling, talking and eating we went to see our lovely Lisabel just to pick up something from her. Still, it was great seeing her since I wouldn't have had the chance. Roaming around Mariahilferstraße, Venice and I ´simultaneously also raided the stores a little bit. Can't wait to go and shop =] We also got the chance to talk to our dear Suga, who's currently out of the country. Darn, I miss that girl and can't wait to see her next week again!  My day ended with a GA with a very inspirational talk and of course the day ended with a family dinner. Dad's made an effort making sushi and pancit =] Loved it of course! Thanks again to everyone who greeted me. I'm sorry I can't reply on FB, since I am fasting, but I do appreciate all your greets :D :D :D I'll get back to you on Sunday ;) Oh yeah, do keep spamming Venice with the greets! She loves it! HAHA xD Kidding, Bruno Mars!
